Neighbors borrowed my car and accidentally filled the tank with diesel, instead of gasoline. So they chose to have my car towed to this garage. I don't really know what the garage did, but the car started to make loud rattling noises from underneath and also making a horrible stinking smell. The garage informed my neighbor that it was a cleaning agent and we should continue to drive the car and that the rattle and smell would go away after a while. In the end, the car became garbage and had to be disposed.

Unprofessional and dangerous
I went to this garage to do a regular service + tire change (Winter -u003esummer). Directly after driving out of the garage, I noticed a loud sound on the back wheels and a metallic sound on the fronts. I drove back to the garage 2x and each time they insured me they controlled everything and there was no problem.
In the end: they never checked the car nor drove it for 5mn, otherwise they would have noticed the brakes (pad + disks) needed to be changed as well as the uneven tires.
Strongly disliked their attitude and do not recommend this garage

I visited Autoport only once but I am 100% satisfied with all services.
They specialize in Skoda's but I saw there also an Audi car.

Super schnell Termin bekommen, freundliche Mitarbeiter und schnellere Erledigung.

Motorenwäsche war super, leider das Lichteinstellen nicht so sehr, wurde bei der MFK Bemängelt und muss nachjustiert werden.

Ich habe bei der Autoport AG ein Fahrzeug gekauft. Meine Erfahrung war sehr positiv!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Die Preispolitik extrem fair. Hier arbeiten definitiv professionelle Personen mit grosser Erfahrung.

Somit kann ich den Speziallist nur weiter empfehlen!
