Excellent service. I was a walk-in, with a rough idea of the attributes that I was looking for in a watch. They listened and bought out a selection that would fit my request as closely as possible. I found a watch I really liked (easy to read, good looking, light on the wrist). They were also kind enough to change the strap to one I liked. Whereas in the past, I would take previous watches off and put them on the desk while I worked, I am now enjoying wearing my new, good looking, unobtrusive, watch continuously. Many thanks.

Daniel Feist was incredibly helpful today when visiting. They have an impressive assortment of Nomos timepieces (90+) including rarer gold Metros and several Lambdas. They also have nearly every Nomos watch band and special clasps. I am so glad I waited to visit a proper Nomos dealer. The selection and customer service was top notch. They took their time to show me everything they had, allowed me to choose and then custom fit the band of my choice and described the nuance of its functionality and more. Easily the best Nomos dealer I've come across in Switzerland.
