We went to Ibiza (2 Adults, 2 Children 2 and 8) on the 3rd week of August 2020. The Hotels in Ibiza were really expensive so i booked through E-domizil.
I booked on the 13th, got a confirmation on the 15th, we tried to contact the contact Person in Ibiza but we did not receive any answer. We thought it was Sunday maybe they have free. So we arrived on the 16th. We tried calling so many times but the contact Person did not picked up.

We went to the place written on the map but the place was abandoned.

We called E-domizil but they just always tell us to wait. The sos contact person from Germany were very unfriendly, from Switzerland were better.

Worst part was when they said that we have to wait until 7 P.m then we can look for another Hotel or else we don’t get the money back. 1. (80 - 90 % of the Hotels were fully booked.
2. we have children with us. We need security

Long story short.
1. The Landlord and the place was a scam. (Not controlled by E-Domizil, they just want the money)

2. It was very stressful, so never again

3. We got the Money back because the Landlord never contacted us.

Had to cancel vacation due to quarantine. No refund of any cost. No customer care and focus and no willingness to find a suitable solution. Most dishonest agency I have ever seen. Eg. after ten emails they came around with a 20% voucher for a new booking with new payment. Who the hell would book again after these experiences??? Would not recommend to book here.

Terrible,
You cannot contact them after 16:00 on Saturdays, they ask you to send an email in case of issues and they never responded.
They don't check the properties so they have no idea what is advertised on their website...
The property we rented was very different in reality than in the pictures that were 7 years old. The property was dirty, insects everywhere including in the bed....with junk all over and lacking maintenance....
We asked to leave early and be reimbursed for the days and they refused not offering any form of assistance.
Stay away....

A nice flat, clean, good location, nice balcony - terrace is too exposed, crockery items are a disgrace, plates are old and cracked very unhygienic, no proper salad strainer. This is by no means premium. Cumbersome access from underground garage to elevator leading to apartment on 4th floor.
The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds and we slept in separate bedrooms. Only one side of the double beds was made up. An extra charge applies to have the entire bed made up. Given the high rental price this is ridiculous. Shower is in bathtub not suitable for handicapped or older people difficult to climb in.

Modern apartment with everything necessary inside. Clean and cozy. Very hospitable and friendly owner. Astonishing views, amazing nature around. Backery, pizza place and and a little supermarket in the neighborhood.

We are renting out our property for two years now at E-domizil/EHR and it is very nice rental site. Excellent support and our guests are very satisfied (as seen in our reviews) . Keep up the good work!
