Probably the last time I'm ordering from this store. I ordered at 9:33 pm / 21:33 and it arrived 1h 5m later, cold and two things missing, this is unacceptable. I know it's not the deliveries' (or maybe it is who knows) fault but at least they can show a bit of guilt about it.

The pizza is good, but unfortunately the restaurant is extremely unorganized. I ordered a pizza on uber eats and explicitly wrote that they should remove the pork topping. They delivered it 1 hour later with pork. I called again to have a new pizza delivered and was promised it would arrive 30-40 minutes later. I called when it did not, and was on the phone with an agitated employee who was unable to take the time to listen to me. He told me that no pizza had even been made yet/ nothing was on the way. He asked me if I myself could pick up the pizza, to which I said no. He then started shouting at me that he would personally make the pizza and deliver it himself and that he had no time to talk. I tried to explain to him that I would be leaving my house in less than an hour and that he should be honest if the pizza would come in this time frame or not because I would be leaving. He kept saying he had no time to talk, that he would express deliver the pizza and then he hung up. Not acceptable to talk to anyone in this way (which I made sure to tell him). Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering from Domino’s again. Sad that your pizza is good but your infrastructure is unable to support high order/delivery demand. While I do not excuse your employee’s behavior, he did sound genuinely stressed out. Hope you can create a better work environment for your employees in future.

It's more like a kiosk, only take away available but pizza was good and price decent ????

Nothing wrong I guess???? just a regular dominos pizza, food was ready on time and tasted good.

Amazing pizza, standout for fast food. This particular shop has very little space for waiting, so in cold days don't bring all your friends with or you'll be left waiting out in the cold.

Service was quick and efficient. Although this is fast food, it is unacceptable to find hair in one of the pizzas ordered.

I'm very disappointed after this week. I ordered two times the same pizza and both time they came with mushrooms. I specifically wrote ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS. Two times in one week!! In my 20years as a client in US and UK of domino's ,here in switzerland they are not doing good. Maybe I should complain to Michigan the main offices cause they didnt gave me solution after I called and I wrote them two times in one week. Awful.
