I moved to Escherpark in january this year and i had a professional apartment handover and good communication to the management. I contacted the company several times and all my questions were resolved very quickly.

Apparently, if one of the tenants changed her name after marriage in the last 3 years, CSL will not consider you. They will strictly require Betreibungsauszug for the 3 years for the current surname. Providing marriage certificate with stated name change and Betreibungsauszug with the previous surname is not sufficient for them. Simple narrow-minded robots.

This agency publishes scam offers on sites such as homegate.ch, using photos taken from houses far away (especially poland) and asking people to pay before they have even seen the apartment. If you see their logo anywhere, don't even mind reading what they say about the apartment: it's probably a scam!

Mischt ganz vorne mit als übelste Verwaltung in der Schweiz - wollen Mieten erhöhen obwohl der vertragliche Referenzzinssatz eigentlich Mietzinssenkungspotential hergeben würde. Eine simple Vertragsumschreibung hat 1.5 Jahre gedauert und in der Zeit mit 3 verschiedenen Akteuren zu tun gehabt. Ein Paradebeispiel eines nicht-funktionierenden Marktes - Immobilien lassen sich trotz und nicht wegen den Verwaltungen vermieten.
