If i could rate 0 i would. me and many others i know have had a horrible experience with this company and i would not recommend it to anyone

I have had the worse experience ever with this company. I was forced to cancel my plane ticket ( 4th-18th of April 2020) because of the pandemic and my father’s illnesses (cancer, diabetes and heart issues) and when I have made a claim the answer was: as my father had his illnesses before the 4th of April, they are not under any obligation to pay the cancellation. The pandemic is not covered. They put a lot the accent in their adds on taking care of their clients, being safe…is exactly the opposite, they find any excuse when they really need to make a refund… even when is actually a combination of high risk pandemic and cancer…I am just disgusted…

Chubb Spain, worst insurance company ever. They do not restablish your phone device after their clients have been stolen. Shame!

If I could give this company 0 out of 5 I would. Don't expect anything promised (esp. delivery times) verbally or written to be adhered to. They never respond to emails and the company doesn't outline any of their processes clearly. If there is a failure on their part, don't expect them to lift a finger to fix it. Everything asked is responded to with a negative. I'm not sure if they are serving customers or themselves. A complete waste of time and disgrace to all things customer service related. It's better to get private insurance for your devices. I had to enlist in their service because of my telephone provider, but avoid them at all costs!!!!

I am 55 year old business man. After dealing with multiple insurance companies Chubb is the best and I have been dealing with them for over 17 years. I use Chubb for my personal insurance and also business insurance. Their employees are professional, kind, responsive and always take care of everything in fast manner. I do not have to worry about anything.
I would recommend Chubb to anyone that needs personal or business insurance.

Une amie a des problèmes depuis plus de 6 mois avec cette assurance, elle n'en peut plus, leur service est nul, ils ne comprennent rien, manque de professionnalisme, les employés ont un niveau de stagiaire.
Ça pue l'arnaque a plein nez.
Méfiez vous, ne souscrivez surtout pas une assurance chez eux, ils ne font pas leur travail, c'est une non assurance, a part se remplir les poches avec votre argent en se tournant les pouces, ils ne font rien...!
