I am sad to share this but the lady who answered the phone just disappointed me by her rudeness and impatience. She only talked in German after I kindly mentioned English speaking, and without offering other solutions (maybe help of another colleague or call back later). At some point she just asked me almost in a screaming tone „bezahlen, bezahlen, bezahlen“ for the way of payment, and hung up the phone impatiently without telling me the exact appointment information. Later I wrote to them to report this issue but receive no feedback.
