Esspresso zum abwinken..
Gutes Equipment, Siebträger von La Cimbali und 2 Eureka Mühlen. Das Resultat bei einer geschätzten Durchlaufzeit von nur ca. 10 Sek. waren unterextrahierte fahle Esspressi ohne Körper mit ein paar kleinen "Inseln" von Crema. Wie wär's mit mehr Pulver oder feinerem Mahlgrad oder besserem tamping ?
