Nice interior design and desserts are tasty but that’s it ????????u200d♀️
Coffee is not competitive at all, overall place is very loud and overcrowded and not brings any relaxation as you expect in such kind of cafeterias but only tension after a visit. Also pretty expensive in comparison with the same kind of places with the better ambience, quality of food and coffees

Two stars and well deserved, while the coffee and cakes tasted great, the rubbish service and staff attitude was enough to twice this place at max two stars, it has great location which is giving them privileges, I guess that’s why they are not much caring about the service level !

Food and drinks are expensive but the decorations and seating has an old fashioned charm to it. Lots of space and ideal for a relaxing lunch. Good location too. Would recommend

Avoid avoid avoid. Really rude staff and beyond unfriendly. Probably price scamming place as it’s impossible to get a receipt of what you ordered when paying.

Hard to enjoy the desserts when staff are so angry and rude to you. When ordering the staff kept saying they didn’t have them. When we asked for was then available he said he didn’t have any time to go through all options and we should just choose. How can someone choose without knowing what is available? In the end he brought the wrong order and hot chocolate instead of the coffee we ordered and demanded us to pay for them. Really crazy experience.

Food was ok, but service wasn’t great. Took a long time to get the bill and then they came without a receipt, simply with a number on the machine. I asked to see the receipt and they take another 10 minutes, putting the new total in the machine before letting me see the receipt (even though I insisted). I see the total is now less and ask why, they say they charged me for one extra butter that I did not order. I look at the receipt and see they charged me for two extra things I hadn’t ordered (still less than the first total though.) another 10 minutes later they bring me the new receipt a whole 7 francs less than the original. Sketchy and the place did not deserve it.

Was really busy but the drinks and cakes were stunning be prepared for the bill though certainly not cheap but as a special treat on holiday well worth it.

Terrible, avoid.
I was charged 7,50 CHF for a cappuccino!
Nothing justifies the price, moreover poor service and overall quality.
