Best place to find your wedding dress! I didn't have much time to find my dress, so I went to a few stores in Zürich, and at Zauberbraut Brautmode I had the best experience. All the dresses have very good quality and beautiful designs. Ms. Caroline, the owner of the store, received me. She listened to all my wishes and concerns and helped me to find the perfect dress for me. I'm thankful for her assistance and happy with my beautiful wedding dress.

I was just accompanying the bride, this bridal shop has a great selection of dresses. The owner is friendly, honest and considerate. We were able to find a beautiful dress for my friend on a short notice.

In 2019, I purchased my dream dress in their shop with my mother that came from Canada to choose it with me. They offered me an amazing service even if I could only speak French and English. I had to postpone my wedding due to covid and they accepted to keep my dress in their shop all this time. I learned only a few months before my wedding that I could finally get married in August 2021 and they all made sure my dress would be perfect and ready in time for my traveling to Canada. Everybody I met in this shop was so nice to me, and it made such a great difference! I was impressed by their kindness and excellent job.

It was a great experience to get my wedding dress at Zauberbraut! Manuela, Loana and Caroline really took care of me and were very patient and made sure my wedding dress was perfect for the big day! They were nice and professional at the same time. Thank you!
They also have a great collection of dresses and the prices are better than some other places I've checked, so totally worth it. My dress ticked all the boxes for me.

Ich hatte letzten Samstag meinen Termin bei Zauberbraut. Frau Schaub hat uns freundlich begrüsst und toll beraten. Gemeinsam mit ihr habe ich Kleider augesucht, welche meiner Vorstellungen entsprochen haben, darunter waren auch ein, zwei, welche ich nicht auf dem Schirm hatte. Während dem Probieren hat sich langsam herausgestellt, welches Kleid zu mir passt und ich habe mein Traumkleid gefunde und bin sehr happy damit! Sie hat mir die nötig Zeit gelassen mich zu entscheiden, somit wurde ich von niemandem beeinflusst. Gerne möchte ich von ihrer Schneiderin noch ein paar weitere Spitzen aufs Kleid und die Jacke nähen lassen und hoffe, dass ich au damit zufrieden sein werden.

Leider ist mein Erlebnis bei Zauberbraut nicht so schön verlaufen, wie in den Rezessionen beschrieben. Wichtig zu beachten: einige Kleider, welche auf der Website vorhanden sind, konnten mir im Geschäft nicht gezeigt werden. Auch sind alle Kleider in Grösse 36 im Geschäft, was bei „nicht Standard grossen Damen“ schnell zu Frustration führt. Keines der anprobieren Kleider sass nur annähernd. Auf der Website wurde nicht auf die Grössen im Geschäft hingewiesen. Zudem stach mich die Verkäuferin mehrmals beim Abstecken des Kleides mit den Nadeln in den Rücken. Das sollte nicht passieren. Die 100CHF Beratungsgebühr sind eine Hausnummer. Andere Anbieter verlangen deutlich weniger und bieten qualitativ hochwertigeren Service. Mir fehlte es an konkreteren Informationen auf der Website (hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass kein Kleid im Geschäft nur annähernd meiner Grösse entspricht, hätte ich das Geschäft nicht aufgesucht).

Ich hatte eine grossartige Erfahrung bei Zauberbraut. Die Beraterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen, um das perfekte Brautkleid für mich auszuwählen. Ich hatte meinen persönlichen "Wow"-Moment und fühlte mich wie eine Prinzessin!

Ich war als Begleitung in der Zauberbraut, meine Freundin hat ihr Traumkleid gefunden. Die Beratung war sehr freundlich, klar und gab wertvolle Tipps bei der Auswahl. Ich würde die Zauberbraut auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.
