I love Panerai, but I hate this store. The past two times I have been in there the same Russian saleswoman has demonstrated a breathtaking lack of knowledge about Panerai watches and couldn’t even answer basic questions about watch movements, availability of a certain model, etc. She is clearly in there to simply translate for the Russian tourists which is a huge problem when she is the only one working. They need much, much better sales associates in this store.

Brandneue Bputique von Panerai im Herzen Zürichs. Zusammen mit lange und Söhne werden hier Zeitmesser auf höchstem Niveau präsentiert. Hochkarätig ist auch das Team um Jean Marc Meyer - ein Besuch lohnt sich jederzeit. Freundlicher, zuvorkommender und kundenorientierten Service wird hier aktiv gelebt!
