I always leave feeling new. The small group size for prenatal yoga is really wonderful, the teacher pays attention to different skill levels and individuals in the class. The class is challenging in a good way and I have learned a lot about my body through it.

I did postnatal yoga with baby. Group is small, so there is a lot of focus on personal needs of each new mom. Atmosphere is very calm and Katia includes babies very nicely. Highly recommended

I love the prenatal yoga classes with Katia, I leave the studio full of energy and always feeling happy after my practice. She is very good at listening on problem areas and suggests adaptations so poses can be done by everybody. I can also highly recommend the Shiatsu massages, I had really bad pain in the hips and migraines and the massages really help alleviate the pain and relax in general.

Great and clean space for Yoga or Pilates - pre and post natal! I have attended Yoga with and without the baby classes and enjoy both of them. Different teachers but the same care and attention to details, in both classes the teachers are correcting postures of each one to ensure we don’t hurt ourselves. Also I enjoy that the teacher is playing with the babies sometimes which allow me to proceed with the exercises.
I highly recommend any mom to come and try with the baby as they have plenty of lessons in different times and days.

I have tried 2 yoga classes (Light and Moderate prenatal) plus Prenatal Aqua yoga.. All very good and easy to follow. Teachers are very emphatic, well prepared (this was important for me).. Rates are reasonable and through your insurance you might reimburse some classes.
My favorit here is Aquayoga.. very usefull (gentle but deeply relaxing) for the 2nd,3rd trimester and Katia is amazing.
I also like the fact that in case you cannot plan in advance, you can jump in to classes if there is free space.

Had prenatal yoga and Birth Preparation classes and I really enjoyed it. Also think it was very useful to keep my body in shape and mentally prepared for birth. The postnatal yoga was also great and extremely important to recover. Highly recommend teachers Tania Sturzenegger and Gisella Collazo.

Birthlight is the best yoga studio I know....and much more. It is a community for newborn moms. Instructors are very knowledgeable, give individual tipps and are kind.

All the yoga prenatal courses that I had in Birthlight helped me very very much during my pregnancy but also during the birth!

It helped me relax during the pregnancy, connect to my body and with my baby, and helped me a lot with pains that I had on the back. The most important thing for me though,was that I learned how to breath in order to relax my pelvis. This helped me very very much during the birth and was quite a relief from the pain!

Also the postnatal courses gave me the opportunity to help my body to come back to the shape it was before the birth.
