Overall when I booked the hotel rooms I was not quite sure about how big it was. But we are really satisfied with the room. I went with my family and had everything well prepared for us. Good hospitality and cleanliness. I liked the environment and friendly welcome from the reception.

This hotel is very good and the best in terms of quality/price ratio. It is the second time I take this hotel and will continue doing it.
They have clean and spacious rooms with a super huge and nice breakfast. The staff and service are also very good and helpful.
The reception area has been renovated recently and looks very modern and clean.
I recommend 100%

We stayed at the hotel due to its close location to the stadium. Great for concerts and somehow close by to the airport.
I recommend parking on the street on weekends (free of charge). Hotel parking is 20 chf per night. During weekdays hotel parking is recommended!

Nice clean hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is 20chf per night. Rooms and washroom are clean and spacious. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is coop just below the hotel. Central is around 5km from the hotel and there is direct tram(S2) from the hotel.

We was in the theater (concert hall). The sitting places are to narrow. But the hall itself is Ok for medium size concerts

This hotel is conveniently near a tram station so there is easy access to anywhere in the city. The room was clean & comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. Our room window faced the church. The church bells ring every 15 minutes from 7 AM until 10 PM. I am giving a low rating because at the time of our arrival on a Sunday late afternoon there was no one at the front desk. Apparently there is no front desk staff available after 5 PM on a Sunday. We had traveled for about 24 hours & were unable to check into our room. The only reason we got into the lobby was because another guest let us in with her key card. Apparently we were sent an email stating that the key card for our room was somewhere outside the lobby door, however by the time we got the email we had already gone to another hotel for the night. Also there is no front desk staff available after 9 PM all other days. The elevator was out of order when we arrived the next day. Our key cards were demagnetize every day..... fortunately we always discovered this before 9 PM so we weren't locked out of the hotel (again). We were also upset because the breakfast was not included. Other Best Westerns we've stayed at in the US & other parts of Europe include breakfast.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Rooms are basic given the price, but functional. The church bells do ring from 7am to 11pm 7 days a week and the church is next door so IT IS LOUD. But for one weekend is was nice. I would stay again.

There is a door in the room to be able to connect with the next room and it makes that there is not a good isolation of noise between rooms.
One day y was at 6h30 for the breakfast and i was waiting 15 minuts to be attended. I had to go to work so I took my breakfast in 2 minuts. There its not self service breakfast so you have to wait for the waitress.
The day after, I was at 6h25 (five minutes before opening) and they told me to wait away. So I didn’t take my breakfast because I had not time.
When i was to do the check out. There was not nobody in reception, there is not a box for self checkout, so i had to my room card on the counter.
