Last month we hired Best Umzug for our moving and the service was great. The moving was done very fast, none of the furniture nor the building/stair case etc. got damaged in the process and the communication to arrange the moving was quick and easy. The two advisers we talked to were always very professional and friendly. Definitely can recommend!

Hired for move and clean.

Moving: We moved about 2 kms across Zurich, 4 room apartment and the move took more than 12 hours. The boss (Mr Kolarov) visited in advance looked at our items and assured us that his team could easily handle everything including our piano. Their truck broke down and when they eventually returned with the second load (10 hours after starting, they were unable to lift the piano. We had been clear that there was no lift at the new apartment but Mr. Kolarov (the boss) assured this was no hassle. It turned into a huge problem. The staff stood noisily chatting in our hall until around 10pm, thankfully our new neighbours are patient and didnt complain about it.

The movers became incredibly frustrated, became disrespectful towards us and took their annoyances out on our furniture damaging several items. They damaged one of our chairs which we immediately highlighted. No apology, and they gave us a week to replace, it's a special chair that could not be replaced that quickly and ultimately they refused to pay for the damage.

Cleaning: We moved on Saturday and we gave them a key to clean on Monday. They sent their staff to our old apartment on a Sunday (a non working day in Switzerland) without our consent or knowledge. The cleaning was substandard and they had to spend an additional 8 hours to clean correctly. The staff appeared to have no machinery which is needed to achieve the standards of Swiss landlords.

Run away from this company. They must be one of the worst in Zurich.

Mein Umzug war kein Traum. Es handelte sich um einen sehr einfachen Umzug, der in kurzer Zeit ohne Probleme zu bewältigen gewesen wäre. Der Teamleiter war der Aufgabe - aus welchen Gründen auch immer - nicht gewachsen, ließ sich viel Zeit und vermied es, das Geschehene transparent zu reflektieren. Das Vertrauen, das ich in das Unternehmen gesetzt hatte, war verschwunden. Gerade in schwierigen Situationen kommt der Wert der Menschen und des Unternehmens zum Vorschein. Die Geschäftsführung bemühte sich proaktiv darum, die Einzelheiten des Falles zu klären, ihre Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eine Einigung zu erzielen. Best Umzug AG ist ein Beispiel für Integrität, bei der der Mensch den höchsten Wert darstellt. Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Ehrlichkeit. Chapeau!
