Went there as my orthopedic recommended. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to my history and suggested exercises for recovery and walking and hiking shoes. Very kind, and really caring. They really understand runners' needs. Merci vielmal

Top of the class running shop with an owner that really knows what he's talking about. Came here for the first time today and immediately Mr Bernhart spotted what my issue was and what kind of running shoes I needed. Really really happy with the service and consultation (as well as with the shoes I got). Obviously you can buy the shoes cheaper online, but for me that's not the point. The service was great and I would come back any day to buy my next pair of running shoes! Highly highly recommend this shop.

Amazing customer care and attention to detail! The owner was extremely patient and I tried on several pairs running and standing until we found the perfect fit. I am extremely satisfied with the shoes I bought, thank you!!

What a wonderful find! The owner is a lovely man who helped my boyfriend find the perfect pair of running shoes that fit his foot to perfection and support him for the type of running he does. He took time to explain the shoes, test them all, he made my boyfriend run in them outside to make sure they felt right. He kept open also after closing time to ensure we found the perfect shoe. We loved it! Thank you!

First things first, you will find the same selections of running shoes in this shop that you can find in other well stocked sports shop. Also prices will be largely similar.
However the reason why you want to make the trip to this store is the level of service. Running shoes are a very personal thing and even when you have been running for years it helps having somebody with a knowing eye look you over. The owner is not interested in pushing a new trend shoe on you and will gladly reckoned your last year's model of he thinks that will work for.
Be aware that there is a consultation fee should you only wish to get a recommendation and not buy in the shop.

Outstanding shoe selection, infinitely better than the stores downtown. Very friendly service from the owner himself.

The cool thing is that the guy will spend more time with you than in other big shops. But my feeling was that you need to know want you want precisely: except for the quick run outside, he didn't measure my feet or asked me many questions. Maybe that was because we were speaking English and he wasn't as comfortable with it it as with German.
