We just spent a few days at the Baur Au Lac and we had a wonderful stay. The food, service, hotel rooms, and location are first class. We will definitely stay again at this hotel whenever we are in Zurich.

Price-performance ratio is not right. It is only beautiful from the outside. The staff is arrogant and not helpful. The prices are simply unbelievable. The worst thing was that you don't feel welcome.
There are better hotels in Zurich (e.g. the Widder), which is more familiar.

Breakfast is to die for, just incredible. I never eat breakfast but I couldn't pass this up.

The room was great. Decor was spot on. Shower was spacious with great water pressure.

Beds were comfy.

Service was great.

Only one key per room was a little inconvenient

Elegant, classy hotel in a beautiful city. Our room was the height of comfort and style and we were so relaxed, lovely to come back to after days exploring the city. Although we didn't dine in the evenings at the hotel, the breakfast was amazing, fantastic choice both hot and cold, all delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and we were made to feel very welcome. I hope I have the opportunity to return! Thank you!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay for three nights at the Baur au Lac. The room was just beautiful - comfortable, stylish and with an amazing bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts - great choice of hot and cold dishes and some really unusual breads to choose from. The location of the hotel is fantastic and our room was very quiet. We hope to return next year

Exceptional hotel with top notch service. The grounds are so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Even the fitness center has a panoramic view of the lake. Conveniently located to everything you need.try afternoon tea in the beautiful lounge.
