Customer service is good but their cleaners are mostly horrible. Seems like you need to be very lucky to get a decent cleaner. We have a regular cleaner every other week and I am happy with her. We would like her to come more often but since she is not available, we tried several other cleaners and they were all very bad. It could be because they are all non-Swiss and have totally different standards. We pay Swiss price. I expect Swiss standard. Btw, our regular cleaner is not Swiss but has lived in CH for years. One cleaner left 30 min early without asking me if there were something else to do. A few others came 20 - 30 min late. Last one was super quiet for almost an hour and I found her sitting down on toilet seat watching something on her mobile. When I passed by the bathroom, she was trying to hide her mobile and she even lied to me saying that she was just listening to music when there was no music. Unbelievable. She “cleaned” mirrors and windows, which I have to redo because it became dirtier than before. I don’t have any clue how she wiped them. Batmaid seriously needs to screen their cleaners.

My Batmaid comes every 4 weeks to clean. Ursula always arrives promptly, cleans thoroughly and quickly. She never leaves without asking me to check that everything is according to request. She’s always friendly, polite and helpful. I can only recommend the service from Batmaid.

My partner and I have been using Batmaid for a couple of years now and we are generally happy with the service. We changed a few cleaners over time but the cleaning quality has been pretty much the same regardless of who they sent us. In the end we decided to stick with one lady who comes once a week purely because she speaks English very well and it’s easier to communicate.

Recommended.

First time they cleaned extremely poorly. Not dusted, was all still dirty. This for 150.- and 3h for 2 room. I complained and i still had to pay for a bad service.

Second time the batmaid never came because she couldn’t find the entrance (what!) and they billed me 150.- anyway.

Last time I was sick and wanted to move the cleaning and they billed me 150.- anyway.

They only think about the money and the cleaning ladies do a horrible job.
Ger yourself a normal independent cleaning lady that costs half and cleans way better!!!!
Absolutely NOT recomended!

Added: they said there was no complain but there actually was. They cannot even take responsability for the bad service!
I am not the only one, look at all the bad reviews!

We're generally happy with our cleaner - she is doing a good job, and also is quiet, which is important as we work from home a lot. If ocasionally something gets broken, the company is quick to compensate. Unfortunately, our last claim was not answered ( our regular cleaner, who is otherwise great, accidentally scrubbed a non-stick pan), so I am wondering if the customer service is not as efficient these days.

Awful service. Quality of cleaning depends on the cleaning person, but at 80% of the cases they are late or cancelling the cleaning at the short notice. Once they requested to make cleaning 1 hour earlier, so we needed to wake up earlier and change our plans, but cleaning lady texted that she would be couple of minutes late, but she was late 1 hour! We had to leave because we had the plans, when she came and we were not at home she was even surprised and unsatisfied. Shocking attitude, perhaps badmaid thinks that if you book the cleaning for the certain day you don't have other plans and you're fully flexible!

Really bad experience. Rude batmaid who was unhappy and frustrated to be simply be there and doing her job, complaining about the vacuum cleaner that was brand new Electrolux saying “these ones are not good”, stayed half the time of the booking and my apartment was still dusty and stains weren’t cleaned on the floors/kitchen. Terrible experience.

Cleaning is acceptable, not outstanding or terrible.
After a cleaning I came home to a broken bathroom sink. I brought this up to the company. Batmaid says they asked the cleaner, who denied breaking it. Why wouldn't they deny it?
What kind of customer service is that?
