Daylight Robbery.
Don't come here.

I went once, had a leak of coolant. Just that. First they said it would be around 400CHF. They claimed they did not touch anything, but when I took the car away it was throwing smoke like a chimney. Came back and then they said other part was wrong and bla bla bla they budget 1000CHF. Nice play, I go with a small leak and now we have an engine smoke problem. A bit suspicious. Anyhow, I decide to trust them and go ahead with the 1000CHF repair. Have no choice but to fix the car because can not be possibly be driven around with such smoke. But after fixing it, they give me a bill for 1850CHF because then they "find" another issue. No way they would negotiate that. I just felt bullied around.

Best part is that I bought 2L of coolant that I was using to refill and gave it to the mechanic and told him to use it to refill after fixing. They did not use it. They preferred to use their coolant and charge me for that 4L x 15.5CHF u003d 62CHF in coolant. The coolant I bought in migrolino is 7CHF per liter. And one liter is enough to fill the coolant deposit.

Fantastic work. They may get this 1850CHF from me. But not coming back ever, and will make sure that many others don't fall in this horrible garage.

Es wurden alle Arbeiten durchgeführt wie besprochen.

Wer eine kompetente VW Garage sucht, der sollte dort hingehen!

Achtung: Es werden Arbeiten ausgeführt und verrechnet, welche nicht abgemacht oder beauftragt wurden. Beispielsweise wurden bei einem Radwechsel zusätzlich noch Scheibenwaschwasser und Frostschutz aufgefüllt und verrechnet, obwohl dies nicht vereinbart war oder nachgefragt wurde. Ansonsten ist der Service gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
