Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Kunde bei der AXA Wolishofen und musste feststellen das der Kundenservice mehr als zu wünschen übrig lässt. Es zählt nur noch der Verkauf und die Betreuung des einzelnen Kunden lässt man auf der Strecke. Die Bearbeitungszeiten in der Buchhaltung sind mangelhaft.
