I had eye surgery by Dr. Schmidt back to 6 years ago, and the result was amazing. After visited many practices, I have to say that the machine and technology that he used is the most advanced in the country. I am super happy that my eye sight is still perfect after so many years and I didn't suffer from any side effects as I was worried about. Since then, I became a loyal patient and have regular check ups with him every year. Highly recommended!

I felt that my eyes were uncomfortable for a while and I went to a few doctors and they all could not find out the reasons until I was recommended to Dr. Schmidt by a friend who had a similar problem. I was checked very carefully. Luckily, he diagnosed my Glaucoma that is difficult to identify in the early stages. I received immediate and careful treatment that prevented my situation from getting worse. Dr. Schmidt is certainly the most experienced eye doctor that you can find in Switzerland. I was very lucky to visit him.

This place is a total SCAM. Do not go there if you want a real medical advice. Doctor Scmitt diagnozed me with Glaucoma, which I had no idea what it was. Apparently this is a serious disease that without care can make you blind - he explained to me NOTHING at all about disease, implications, etc etc and prescribed strong Glaucome medicine and sent me home on Friday night - with NO information!!! Needless to say the stress ge caused me when I realised what disease that is and that I didnt even know my stage. Needless to say, I went to another 3 REAL doctors - all confirming I do NOT have glaucoma and stating facts: "machines are not consistent and provide unclear results at early stages so a doctor should be VERY careful when giving diagnosis for Glaucome in such cases as mine". Never mind, doctor Schmitt needed 2 minutes to confirm my diagnosis for life long disease. and charged me 900chf for that of course. The worst doctor/place I ever visited. They only care about money and have zero human touch.

Grundsätzlich feundliche & kompetente Behandlung. Auch die durchgeführten Test waren notwendig, was jedoch gefehlt hat, ist die unterstützende Kommunikation. Es wurde nicht erklärt wann wurde welcher Test wieso durchgeführt.
Ich habe mir deshalb eine Zweitmeinung eingeholt, die zum gleichen Schluss kam.
Fazit: Guter Arzt, aber die Patientenkommunikation könnte verbessert werden.

Sehr gute Augenpraxis, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen ! Ich war wegen einem Notfall dort ( Metallsplitter im Auge). Ich bekam sofort ein Termin obwohl die Praxis an diesem Tag schon voll ausgebucht war, wurde sehr freundlich Empfangen und musste nur etwa 3min warten bis ich behandelt wurde! Der Arzt machte auf mich ein sehr professionelen Eindruck und die Behandlung führte zu meiner vollständigen Genesung .

War nach Arztwechsel innerhalb Zentrum nicht mehr zufrieden und hatte den Eindruck, die teuren Tests waren zum Teil nicht zielorientiert. Kostenunterschied zwischen den beiden Ärzten im Zentrum für ähnliche Behandlung war signifikant.
