Worst health insurance ever if you need to get reimbursed or if you terminate the contract. Atupri confirmed my written termination of contract last year and I am still getting new bills from them - even though I was not even living in Switzerland since that time of termination! And to add to that, they magically created a new policy in my name, a policy that isn't what I had before! Bunch of scammers...

Absolute miserable online system. First of all it takes them weeks if not months to make payments, the app is completely chaotic and confusing and their service in communication us absolutely horrible when having a health related issue that needs to be dealt with through a check about causalty insurance.

Never had any issues with Atupri until I quit. Although they confirmed the termination of contract in written form last year I am still getting new bills from them on a monthly basis, even though I provided new insurer info as they requested.

Haven't experienced any issue so far except getting an insurance policy and the card with an incorrect name for my child as Atupri always tried to name him after me. It took 2 months and 3 attempts to correct it. On the other side, I had a very good experience with the call center, the person explained into smallest detail how to claim the benefits out of my additional insurance.

I was happy in the beginning, because the service have been caring etc.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to access the bills! I was sending several mails without success although I have a specific person to speak to. If I cannot control the bills, I will not pay the e-bills, easy as it is. I would just say that the 'online bill system' is not working at all.

If you haven't have that many doc visits a year, it's fine. If you're going to the doc a lot, I would use another one.

They wrote me in right now that the past 6 months of physiotherapy will not be covered by them because they don't see it as necessary - despite BOTH - my dentist and physiologist - stating otherwise. What a joke. Paid the first 2.5k myself and as soon as they would have to pay 500 bucks they back out. Don't get baited!

MyAturpi LogIn never works and changing the password does not work either. Calling customer service does not yield any resolution either. Old fashioned, slow and needs a wake up.

This is the worst insurance for HCV infected persons in Switzerland. Direct acting antivirals are not refunded to many sick patients.
