Warmly welcomed by the reception staff and after having filled out the necessary documents, I was examined by a very friendly and competent doctor, who really take time to discuss my health issues in depth and I felt at ease. The human touch. The clinic is highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service offered by Artzhaus in Stadelhofen. Me and my family have been always treated very professionally and with big care by our doctor A.Ostant and even if she is not available she makes sure that we are in good hands and last visit was handled by doctor D.-V. Vesa, who examined my son with big care, attention to details and human approach without rush. Thank you.

Awful - the doctor & receptionist just said "go to the hospital, we are fully booked" They used to be helpful but that has changed dramatically.

No response via phone, no answer to my email that I sent over a week ago. Doctors constantly changing and no proper documentation/hand-over so one has to go unnecessarily often. Last time they tried to get blood (I never had issues before) they had to poke me 3 times... No thank you

I had an emergency visit at this praxis and I am fully satisfied with the experience. They accepted me on the immediate walk in despite being fully booked, when my hausarzt praxis refused to give me the appointment for the same day. The stuff was professional and very supportive. I had a follow up appointment in two days and was positively surprised that I didn’t have to wait at all and it was right on time.

Wanted to charge me 50 chf "Emergency fee" for same day appointment event though there was no one waiting in lobby. I told the receptionist the medicine that I needed prescribed and the Dr. refused to prescribe without seeing me. If you need a Dr. in Zurich, best to ask a local pharmacist for a recommendation.
