There may be situations, even if they are daily, where help is needed... As happened to me, who urgently needed to buy material for a stab wound on one hand. I met a young girl who gave me needed assistance for the purchase of first aid material... But then, surprising my person, he also gave me first aid medical assistance, showing professionalism and above all that human sense of necessary first aid help for my hand wound... It is not easy to find such professional people and with a sense of altruism who in a professional way have been shown to intervene beyond the usual routine of selling over the counter products. He deserves special thanks for his professional ability and for having demonstrated altruism, as his job needs to have in case of need! Simply entering this pharmacy is a pleasure: the compact space is elegantly, energetically designed, with bright displays along a wave-like wall; you feel more awake and harmonious already. But what really impressed me is the courteous, caring, knowledgeable service. The two pharmacists who helped me fill a prescription offered me some additional concise words of usage advice that turned out to be very useful. (In fact I wish I'd gotten this advice from the doctor who actually prescribed me the medication.) I've visited a dozen pharmacies in different neighborhoods of the city of Zürich in the past several months, and have had many positive experiences (as well as some that were just-acceptable), but will always have a particularly positive impression of this one and will try to come here more often. Thank you, Apotheke Schaffhauserplatz staff -- your efforts are appreciated!

I had the need to get a medicine prescribed by my doctor, while unable to leave my apartment. The pharmacy organized home delivery within the day, even if it was a bit out of their delivery range. I highly appreciated the effort they made and a special thanks to Dr. Hanenberg for having been so kind to bring the medicine at my door. It meant a lot to me! Grazie!

The Pharmacy at Schaffhauserplatz is great place and have very helpful staff. The Pharmacist Mr Kappeler answered all my questions and I left with peace of mind about my health situation. I highly recommend this place!
