love the bikes, love the staff, love the space !
I was on a short day trip in Zürich and dropped by the freshly opened showroom. Even tho I was a couple of minutes early, the friendly staff let me in and offered a freshly made coffee (just what I needed after a long travel). I was introduced features of the bikes and I admired the sleek design. Asking what I came to know as the most asked question: "But where is the battery???" Sadly, I did not have time for the test ride in the hilly Zürich to push the limits of the e-bike. To my surprise Ampler also has a showroom in Berlin (my current hometown) and I plan to try out the Amplers there!

Even as a designer I have nothing bad to say about the showroom experience. I was slightly bothered that there was no TV on the wall and a wire poking out. But hey they just opened, so I think I can close my eye to this.

My wife ordered a bike in September last year and paid it. Since then, about every month, she has received an email telling her that delivery would be delayed by yet another month. It's now March, and the bike is still not here. At this point, we are not confident we will ever receive the bike or the money back...UPDATE: we have now received the bike, and it all seems fine.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff on-site. Ordered a bike at the showroom with a promised delivery date. On the week of the presumed delivery, it got postponed by 2 months. Only found out by calling directly and received a delay infomail only once afterwards. Now there's second delay which hasn't been actively communicated, again found out by calling. Delivery date was in a range of weeks, months into the future. Canceled my order.

Very beautiful, clever and light e-bikes!

Perfect location with very beautiful showroom and the best workshop in town ????????
Riding the curt belt is such an amazing experience! Superb agility in the city but stable enough for overland rides ????
Last gravel ride I was able to do 140km on custom settings ????????

This is a preliminary review. I ordered and paid for two bikes in June. It is now September, and orders are still delayed. I received an email notice that my bike is ready, although the order status online shows the bikes are still being assembled. Calling the showroom is impossible, as the phone is never answered. Emails go unanswered. So now I'll have to go to the showroom, which is not convenient.

Edited - One bile of the two bike order arrived. Showroom staff is very helpful and apologetic re the impossible cutomer service situation. The bike is great.

No problem with the Showroom, but a very disappointing experience with customer service. I ordered a medium Stout following the sizing guide on their website. At the time of delivery I was unexpectedly posted abroad for work for 2 months. When I arrived home and unpacked the bike it was huge! A large by anyone’s standards. The (very unhelpful) Florian at customer service seemed to take some joy in repeatedly telling me about their 2 week return policy and refused to help at all. I now have a completely unusable bike that I can only sell for a considerable loss. They wouldn’t even allow me to pay the extra 1000 francs and upgrade to a size small in another model. They could have put this right at ZERO cost to themselves. Rubbish!

What a great showroom! The staff is super friendly, answers all of your questions and let’s you try all the beautiful bikes without a hassle.

It was my second time already and I was not disappointed, looking forward to ride my ampler bike soon ☺️
