It was my first time at Ambrosi.
Loved the location and the service.
I’m debating about the food:
- I had a GREAT amatriciana (although the pasta was over cooked)
- however, they offer pasta al pesto with cream ????, and carbonara with cream ???? This is a big « no no ! »
Overall, the value for money is a bit low too.

Ambrosi was a fantastic restaurant that I visited when I travelled to Zurich in early April. The food at Ambrosi was absolutely divine. Every dish is expertly I got was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The wine selection is also very impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. They go out of their way to make sure that I felt welcomed and comfortable, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. Overall, Ambrosi is a must-visit restaurant in Zurich. With its delicious food, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service, it's the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a memorable meal with friends or loved ones. Highly recommended!

The most amazing Italian food. We had 4 wonderful dishes, each made with perfection. The staff is great.

Beautiful location under the train viaduct. Renovated and decorated with a good sense for the historical walls. I like the reasonably priced pasta and pizza dishes. The service was excellent and super friendly. A very nice place for a relaxed dinner with friends. A 100% recommendation.

Pasta cooked to perfection!! We loved 4 different pasta dishes (pesto, truffle and mushroom).

We took 3 different pasta pot. Pesto, tartufo & ortolano and all of them are amazing and super tasty! Very cute location and friendly personal :-)) great for groups if you wanna try different pasta

Very nice, warm pop-up restaurant with Italian dishes, a range of wines and efficient kitchen/service.
Great to share large portions of pasta in a group at decent prices.
