I took a class from Aylin Karadayi a few months back and it changed my outlook, inside and out. It was not just an extraordinary experience where I left with an improved view of what I can do physically, but also mentally. I highly recommend her class for those who seek a deeper connection with themselves.

If you’ve never taken a Yin Yoga class, definitely check out the Monday courses at 18:30P with Frank. It’s the best way to the best sleep of the night as well as a great start to the week. The only thing is New York is spoiling with hot rooms and i find it harder to relax in a cool room but we always get there.

I booked a class indicated for beginners. The room was very crowded, one person had to sit next to the instructor in the front. There were not enough mats and blankets but they had to be fetched from another room. The instructor didn't introduce himself at the beginning of the class. Did not feel welcome at all.

Pros: Nice studio, good amount of teachers, access to snacks and hot tea post yoga, access to yoga mats.
Cons: I tried the yoga teacher - Kimi, and didn't really like her style or flow. Considering that the experience was just ok, paying 40CHF for that class was way too much. I heard that Stephen Thomas teaches there and offers very popular classes. Will try to check him first for another chance to the AirYoga studio
