Do NOT choose this fitness center. Upon my international move, they asked me to pay the amounts for the remaining months within my monthly subscription TWICE. Yes, they have an awful and highly disconnected customer service, and they operate awfully. If you have any intention to interrupt your membership, do NOT choose this fitness center. You will get much unprofessionalism and poor interactions otherwise.

Came for first one time visit before purchase a subscription. Good: location, view from windows. Bad: reception Larysa was completely unpolite and unfriendly (she commented by herself that it is NOT because I am Russian). Plus she is working very slow, one time visit purchase took 20 minutes. Completely not client oriented. After I saw her cleaning floors in changing room. I visited group lesson- body pump, it was fine.

The instructor, Marko, was amazing. We sat down and he explained to me what I should do and should not do in order for the results to come up. Highly recommend him.

typical commercial gym. aggresive pricing without member limitations leading to crowds during busy hours. bathroom/locker room dingy in the evenings as there is, presumably, no cleaning at all during the day. insufficiently equiped facilities. only 2 toilets in questionable hygienic conditions available for male members. Equipment for aerobic conditioning ok but poor equipment when it comes to resistance training.

Did the trick for me personally. I was visiting Zurich for a short-time during a European vacation and it was about a 5-minute walk from the nearby Ambassador hotel. Plenty of weight machines, equipment and weights ,
considering the number of occupants there. I went mid-morning during the week and I was able to move freely about without much issue. It won’t overwhelm you but still a very solid experience. Just be advised that access to the gym is through a side entryway around the corner from many small storefronts; I nearly missed it myself.

Quite content with their service. Have a decent selection of equipment and the staff is always very friendly. Their sauna and showers which are elegant and well kept also add to the quality of the gym.

Not a good environment. Lousy service. My umbrella was stolen in the locker room. Instead of taking some responsibility for what happened or at least lending me another umbrella (considering it was raining a lot), the guy in reception just told me that it was super common to have itens stolen in the locker room. And that they are not responsible for anything. Apparently, one guy had his sweat clothes stolen while he was talking a shower.

Here on a holiday, paid 30CHF for a single session. Machines were outdated, there wasn't enough machines at one stage and there wasn't even a water cooler for water to drink, had to buy a bottle or use the bathroom to fill up for drinking water. The most overpriced and basic gym I have ever been to.
