I stayed at Kalkbreitestrasse 41 for six months in 2023. I have used serviced apartments in several European cities, but this has easily been the best experience. The apartment was modern and fully furnished allowing me to relocate without needing to buy any “extras” whatsoever; the weekly service left the apartment impeccably clean and fresh; there were zero issues with the shared facilities, including the laundry room; the apartment is located very close to key public transport routes and a great selection of places to eat out; and, importantly, the AAS support from Tania and Alexandre was professional, friendly, swift, and solutions-oriented the few times it was required for very minor items. I strongly recommend AAS and hope to use their services again.

Stayed 3 months at Wuhrstrasse 34. Really good organisation, timely maintenance & cleaning. Location & apartment quality is good. Thanks Tania Guye for quick and good communication. Change of terms from 15 to 30 days prior notice for renewal mid-contract was unpleasant surprise but that's the market in Zürich.

We stayed for 5 months in a AAS apartment in Weidikon. The location couldn't have been better and the apartment was well apointed. We particulary liked the weekly cleaning that was offered; they were reliable and trustworthy. We had great experiences with everyone on the AAS team.

I stayed for 7 months in an AAS apartment in Zurich. The apartment was in good condition, the cleaners were reliable and trustworthy and the company itself was a pleasure to deal with. Tania, Alex and team were very responsive and could not have been more helpful. I had a very good experience with AAS and would happily use again if needed.

I had a rented apartment in Zurich for 3/4 of the year. Everything worked perfectly, cleaning, service, etc. The apartment was nicely equipped, clean, close to the center, and the service company always complied with requests. I also used the rented parking space. I can recommend the company's services, communication in both German and English is always quick, prompt.

I had a very pleasant stay in the apartment.
It was well-situated, well-appointed, airy, bright, quiet and the balcony was a godsend, esp in the heat.
My only complaint would be that the storage & cooking area in the kitchen space was too small for me to fit a sizeable amount of groceries and cook, but I guess that is the compromise that one faces in Zurich.
The customer service from AAS was superlative, apart from the small hiccup during the 1st few days, and I would be delighted to recommend your organisation to anyone in the future.

We stayed with AAS Apartment Service for 4 months and it was our first flat right after moving to Switzerland. It was a very pleasant stay, Tania and the team were friendly, accommodating and responsive to emails.

The apartment itself was well equipped and had nice touches so it made us feel at home straight away. When it turned out that we would be working from home for a few months, we asked Tania for a desk which was provided within a few days (even with a desk lamp).

The cleaning service was very good - always quick, thorough and helpful. Thank you!

We would definitely recommend staying with AAS Apartment Service, especially if you are new to Switzerland and need some time to figure everything out.

Amazing furnished apartments in Zurich. We lived there for 9 months and we plan to go back next year! Sonia is an amazing host, always available for any need we had. Beautiful and elegant furniture, cleaning service included (ladies are great!). The best for us!
