About two weeks ago, I have ordered few cigars over their website. Shipment was incredibly fast, the cigar arrived in mint conditions within 24hr, and they were shipped in a wooden box that prevented any breaking. However when I opened the box, I realized that two of them were missing. I called the shop to inform them about the issue, and the gentleman that I had the pleasure to speak with, apologized and without asking any further question sent me the missing cigars, which arrived the day after. Cherry on the cake, the Padron 3000 Maduro that I have ordered were covered in plume...????

"Leider" bin ich nur Online-Kunde und habe den heiligen Tempel noch nie betreten. Die Auswahl ist hervorragend und der Versandservice einmalig. Meine Bestellungen bis ca. 1500 Uhr waren meistens schon am Folgetag in meinem Briefkasten und dies mit normaler Paketpost. Die physische Qualität der Zigarren nach Erhalt ist immer tadellos.

Am vergangenen Samstag "notgedrungen" dort gewesen, da die LCDH bereits um 16:00 Uhr schließt. Zum Glück, muss man sagen. Grosser begehbarer Humidor, schöne Auswahl an kubanischen Zigarren (trotz angespannter Liefersituation), freundliche und geduldige Menschen, wo man Passion für Produkt und Sachkenntnis spürt. Dazu hochwertige Accessoires und gratis Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Ab sofort für mich ein Muss, wenn ich in Zürich bin.

Seit kurzem unter neuer Leitung/Inhaber. Gutes beibehalten und neue Wege einschlagen. Viel Erfolg dem neuen Team und Herrn Hartl Junior vielen Dank für die nette Bedienung (defektes Feuerzeug instand gestellt und eine Auswahl an Cigarren vorgestellt). Wiederholungsfaktor: 100%

Sehr freundliches Personal. Habe eine Horacio 0 gekauft, leider war der Abbrand sehr schlecht. Hab mein Feedback im Laden abgegeben und habe anstandslos eine neue erhalten mit der Bitte, zu prüfen ob es allgemein an der Qualität liegt oder ob es sich um einen Einzelfall handelt. Wohlbemerkt habe ich das nicht erwartet/verlangt, habe einfach ein ehrliches Feedback abgegeben. Auch die Lieferung ist immer schnell. Gehört sei Jahren zu meinem "Stammlieferant" und wurde noch nie entschäuscht. Auch die Homepage ist sehr ansprechend. Daher: Ehre, wem Ehre gebührt u003d 5 Sterne
