UK online purchase of competitively priced, lightweight FSA KFX cranks. Selected country and German Tax is removed from the payment (UK Tax charged upon arrival). I found Starbike very efficient & straighforward to deal with and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Oliver's knowledge and passion for cycling were evident. He guided me to the perfect bike within my budget and ensured a comfortable test ride. The bike setup was meticulous, with adjustments made and support with selecting and fitting add-ons. The staff was friendly, approachable, and well-informed.

They advertise bikes at low prices on Galaxus, then try to deliver different inferior bikes with paint damage once you have placed the order. When I insist on the model of bike I ordered, suddenly no stock.

They are deceptive and dishonest. False advertising. Not to be trusted.

I wrote Star Bicycle last Sunday inquiring about an e-bike that I was interested in purchasing. I received a reply on the very same day (Sunday)! It was already possible to go on Monday for a test drive. The customer service I received from Peter was excellent and I bought the bike immediately. Peter took the time to help me organise some extras for my bike and he gave me the possibility to pick up the bike a week later. Friendly, competent and knowledgeable service with top quality bicycles at a great price value. Highly recommended!

Ob Kauf,Beratung oder Service hier wird mit grosser Kompetenz und viel Herzblut gearbeitet. Das Team zeichnet sich durch eine herzliche Willkommenskultur aus; man fühlt sich bei Freunden.

Ich hatte mien MTB leztes Jahr im Service bei ihnen. Als ich es zum ersten mahl raus nahm im Früling. Merkte ich nach einigen Abfahrten in den Bergen das was nicht Stimmt. Unten angekommen ging ich zum Lockalen Mech, die Junge und sehr Kompetente Fraue hat schnell erkannt dass der kleinste Zahnkrantz nicht sauber eingesezt wurde. Dazu kommt noch das meine Schaltrölchen zu viel Spiel haben die darf ich jetz ersetzen.
Für mich keinen Kompetenten leute und sehr unfreuntlich meiner meinung nach.
