Excellent really very relaxing reliving staying , the location was good very near to the winterthur train station just 7 minutes by walking,and all the facilities were great i just have one note about the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working.
so i really recommend it to all ????

Yesterday night the keycard was not working so I had to wait outside in the cold to get help.
In the morning the drills of construction started at 8:30. I needed to get some extra sleep and I did not get it

Nice hotel. Service was not too much available. Cleaning lady woke us up at 9 am with loud music and conversation with another colleague.

Very nice looking room and all, but it was quite chilly even after turning the radiator to fullest setting - not to mention the ice coldness of the bathroom floor. Twin bed was adequately soft and the cover was wide enough for one.
Breakfast at the top floor was pretty ok even though the bacon ran out. The restaurant on street level was under renovations, so couldn't eat there.
Complimentary water bottle was a nice surprise.

Hotel was nice and clean,comfortable and close to train station. plenty of restaurants and shopping if you can afford it. Very expensive. 30 min by train to Zurich. which will cost you 26 francs per person round trip.Very friendly people in Switzerland and very helpful.
