All in all overwhelmingly positive experience.

The moment we entered the shop we were greeted in a very friendly way by the whole staff. Mrs.Taycimen who was in charge of our issue was technically competent and extremely pleasant. This is definitely a jeweler in Winterthur I can recommend!
