I visited the shop a few times in the past weeks. Very helpful and kind staff. They were open and ready to help in finding what I needed.

I bought a monitor. There were no screws in the packaging to screw the screen to the bracket. In addition, the package should have included an HDMI cable, which even an employee explained several times. Instead of an HDMI cable, there was a DP cable in the package. Quite a lottery with incompetent employees.

I had a nice experience. It is perhaps one of the largest electronic stores in Winterthur. I found all the items I wanted. The staff were also polite and helpful.

Ich war schon das zweite Mal in der Filiale wegen einem Laptop. Das erste Mal lief ich nach einer Stunde raus, da die Mitarbeiter kein Interesse zeigten einen Laptop zu verkaufen. Gestern stand ich wieder 45 min im Laden und hab 2 x für eine Beratung nachgefragt. Jedesmal hiess es ich solle mich 5 min weiter Gedulden.. 1 Mitarbeiter hat sich dann endlich Zeit genommen und war auch Kompetent (vielen Dank dafür). Ich werde die Filiale jedoch umgehen da ich noch nie so demotivierte und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter gesehen habe.
