Habe mir eine graue Wollmütze gekauft. Trug sie einmal und meine ganze Jacke war voller Fusel. Die Mütze fuselte so schlimm, dass meine Jacke so voll war, dass ich sie reinigen musste, weil ich selber die Fusel nicht aus meiner Jacke bekam. Ich wollte die Mütze retournieren aber die Verkäuferin meinte, dass das kein Defekt sei und, dass das fuseln normal sei. Ich finde es aber nicht normal, dass meine Jacke voller Fusel ist. Habe auch andere Wollmützen, die aber wenig fuseln oder garnicht. Aber die war jetzt überhaupt nicht zu tragen. Leider konnte ich die Mütze nicht retournieren und finde dass für eine Frechheit, dass so was für 79.95 CHF verkauft wird. Ich lies sie in dem Laden zum wegwerfen, weil kein Mensch das tragen kann.
Bei so einem Service werde ich mir überlegen, ob ich überhaupt bei Marc O'Polo wieder einkaufe.
