I have had very bad experience with this school and the way in which they treat people. It seems to me that they do not care about their customer, only about making profit. I attended german course there between Nov/Dec 2020. Their Covid measures are just "for show", however in class the teacher was demanding for students not to wear masks, as she "could not hear students speak". Also there was no plexiglas between the students, which other schools have. One day the teacher was suspicious of a student being sick and sent her home, however she was allowed to get back to class the next day without doing a Covid test. Later that week I became sick. I didn't think it was Covid and just a cold, but a test later in December proved the opposite. At the time I was signed up to do another course at the Winterthur branch, which I then decided to cancel because of Covid-19 and stress associated with becoming sick again. I was never made aware of their cancelation policy when I signed up, and now they are demanding l pay the full fee (although I haven't yet paid, so legally didn't agree to these terms). When I called and tried to solve the issue in a friendly manner,( possibly to take another course at a later stage, when it's safe to do so), I was immediately threatened and told they will pass this case to Court if I don't pay the fee

Leider, dass Klubschule meine Erwartungen gar nicht erfüllt hatte, Die Chefin Klaudia Fhrer war mit mir Respektlos, sie hat mir Haus Verbot einfach gemacht, bei Frage nach dem Grund, sagte weil ich das möchte. So Krankheiten (Züfällige Machtausübung) muss geheilt werden bevor sie sich entwickelt.
Ich empfehle diese Schule nicht, da die Zuständige Personen das akzeptierten und das kann mit jeder geschehen.

Eine so tolle Schule, hoch qualifiziert und das Personal und die Chefin Frau Forrer haben mir professionell geholfen den richtigen Kurs zu finden, selten wurde ich so gut und respecktvoll behandelt
