Incompetent Service. I ordered tables from them by phone. The tables arrived a week late, and i didn't like them.
First day a man answers my call at their office says that a solution can be arranged.
After 3 days i get no response, so i call, another guy answers and starts nervously saying that my order is correct. I explain again that i called last week and that the first guy told me there could be a solution. So i just asked if he can clarify if i can change color of 2 tables and return the 3rd.
After another few days, the owner calls and yells at the phone, having no idea what i discussed with the first 2 employees.

I never write bad feedback, because we all have bad days, but that company needs to respect its clients. Such an attitude is appalling!

Just making sure, that nobody trusts anything they say, just a mess.

After the experience in Zurich Natuzzi, I was a little bit cautious. The sellers here are very competent and friendly..

I odered a natuzzi rug. I have to returned because it smells strongly mold. They promised to credit my creditcard. But I have been waiting a month and nothink has happen!!!!

Wir waren überrascht, dass intena möbel als praktisch einziger outlet in der Schweiz catalan italia möbel vertreibt - super Auswahl! Die unkomplizierte freundliche Art des Besitzers, Hr. Bertucca vervollständigt das Kauferlebnis.
