Am buying my first bike here and am super happy with my service. They gave me all needed information regarding insurance, financing and of course about the bike.

Oh and as I did rent a bike there first and then started to think about buying one. They agreed to put a note on the bike I was interested in, so that I could think about this decision some days. And they would call and notify me, if someone else would be interested in buying the bike as well. Plus they fully refunded the bike rental costs and gave me an additional price reduction and warranty extension.

Non-cooperative. I have kindly asked Mr Mario from Hobi Moto AG about service history for the 2nd hand motorcycle I purchased back in December that was serviced all the way from new (2012.) in Hobi Moto AG. I never asked for private data or any similar type of information from the previous owner that can be compromised - all I want to know is what and when was serviced/fixed on my bike. I am the legal owner of the bike from December last year and it is dealers good will if it will help or not. Unfortunately, this dealer decided not to help refering to "data protection regulations" that is nonsense since there are no personal data involved and no misuse of data can occur. I purchased 2nd hand bikes and cars many times before and was able to get service history each and every time from authorized dealers until now.
