Poor service & unfriendly. The guy (Th. Roschlau) was acting like a boss and told us that we only have 2 minutes to choose Glasses otherwise we have to leave the place, because he has a lot of work. he couldn't let us also fill the paper correctly.
I wonder why they put someone like him in their business. I will Never go back there and not recommend it to anybody.

Poor service / unfriendly. at the Contact lens counter. Fielmann Winterthur. She said“I can call Fielmann Germany for you to get the number of your glasses but I don‘t think anyone would pick up the call“ why not?? You have not even tried to reach them but already decided it‘s wasted her time to call! Please make the appointment online and visit again next week! Never mind I paid 2 glasses nearly 2000 CHF+ insurance never gonna return!!!
