A huge thank you to the night reception worker who gave me their personal umbrella so I could walk to the train station to catch a flight! It was very generous and I appreciated it! Would definitely stay here again

The kitchen staff are *wonderful*. Unfortunately the hotel has many. problems and should not call itself a business hotel. The wifi is completely insufficient for any actual work. 15 minutes for an email to send. Zoom impossible. The receptionist said "oh, I guess many people are using it right now." Then, time for bed, I lift the quilt and there was a bug in my bed covers. I asked to see the manager in the morning or have their contact info and was told no, there was no way to speak to the manager. This hotel, which is not a budget hotel re: cost (!), is not a business hotel.

Amazing place with very professional staff, amazing rooms (very good beds!) and it is super close to the trainstation.
As an addition it also has a migros fitness park in the same building.

A very nice place! Convenient to the train station, restaurants and Starbucks. Wish the fridge would have kept my cokes colder ???? but a perfect place to stay when you're interested in exploring Winterthur or taking day trips to explore the breathtaking sights of Switzerland.

The reception always answered quickly and kindly to our e-mails. At our arrival the receptionist was pleasant. However we didn't get much explanation on what was included or not. We had to search online.
A pleasant surprise at check-in, we were upgraded to an air-conditioned suite instead of the non-air-conditioned family room.
The suite was spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. The very spacious bathroom had a separated shower and bathtub. Comfortable beds and very clean overall.
The offer including entries to Technorama is really interesting. On the other hand, the extra night without an offer was a bit expensive in my opinion. The wellness and spa was apparently included, but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it.
For the first breakfast several things were missing on the buffets. Maybe because we were the only customers having breakfast. So we were a bit disappointed.
For the second breakfast, there were more choices on the buffets. That morning there were other customers at breakfast. Too bad, buffets choices should not vary depending on how many customers are having breakfast. Less quantity will be normal, but not less choices.
By the way, we really appreciated the live cooking allowing us to eat a freshly cooked egg or omelet.

The hotel is near the centre and the train station. The rooms are clean and spacious and the receptionists very gentle.
A bit more parking to mamage the baggages at arrival would be a plus: in case of error you will be fined.
