I was looking to purchase some not so common effects pedals and these guys had them. I emailed them and got a response really quickly. I have to say that I'm super pleased with the interaction I've had with them so far. Their enthusiasm and their service are top notch. You really feel like they give a lot of attention to detail and that they can also be competitive with their pricing. The turnaround is also effortless and fast. Best of all, you get a sense that you're dealing with real people who are actually interested in their customers, not a faceless online entity that doesn't have any personality and with whom there's minimal interaction.

Very nice staff, who are very eager to give good and competent advice. They take their time to make sure you get the gear you are looking for.

Also, they have good gear, that is a bit less ordinary, so you might learn a thing or two. They know their gear very well and offer a wide variety. They make sure you get what you need within the defined budget and don't try to upsell.

Definetely worth a visit.

Einfach nur WOW!!! Ich war zwar leider selber nicht vor Ort, dafür erhielt ich eine super nette Berarung per Telefon.Obwohl Kundschaft vor Ort im Laden war! Meine Gitarre wurde sauber verpackt und zügig ausgeliefert!Vielen Dank

hier im Backstage-Music ist immer Weihnachten, ..... oben die grösste Guitar-Pedals Auswahl der Schweiz, ... unten "hunderte" Gitarren von Godin, Tokai, Duesenberg, Reh, Nash, Epiphone, G&L, Maybach, Sandberg bis zu Martin, Cort, Norman oder Furch ... alles da zum anspielen und austesten, ... und wenn man fragt, gibts einen Latte Macchiato dazu.
