I've been few times at Babyone Winterthur to buy different articles, including furniture for our baby. People has been always very kind and supportive and the service of mounting has been good and on time (thanks to Mr. Giuseppe).

They had a 25% sale on bugaboo the website didn't say limited stock but the lady laughed in my face when I asked about ordering one.... incredibly rude staff and not in the slightest helpful, aparently if you don't have a swiss accent you can't order it but if your swiss and have a swiss accent like my friends then you can order one no problem.... maybe if I had shown my swiss passport I would have received proper service

Pretty OK place for some baby shopping. They do not carry kids beds or other big furniture. They do have Baby beds, Toys, Strollers, Diaper Bags, bath tubs and etc.
If you check their website, you can place an order with them over the email.
Not easy to reach without a car.

Wir genossen eine super Beratung für einen Autokindersitz. Neben vielen Tipps, die ich aus meinen Internetrecherchen noch nicht kannte, überprüfte die Verkäuferin sogar unser Auto, ob es wirklich kompatibel mit dem entsprechend Kindersitz ist. Ein Plädoyer für das Bestehen von physischen Läden, wie ich es schon lange nicht mehr erlebt habe!

Wir waren in erster Linie in der Filiale um uns für einen Kinderwagen beraten zulassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns super kompetent beraten. Toll ist auch, dass man gleich mehrere Marken vor Ort anschauen und ausprobieren kann. So merkt man schnell was zu einem passt und sieht welche Unterschiede dass es gibt.

Wir wurden super gut beraten bzgl. dem Kindersitz. Trotz vielen Kunden gab uns die Beraterin nicht das Gefühl keine Zeit zu haben. Die Beratung war äusserst freundlich und bemüht. Weiter so!
