They evaluated my car (which I wanted to exchange for a newer car from their garage) for amost half of its actual price, and they claimed that this was based on another ad for a similar car on autoscout website. I asked them to provide me with this ad, their response was they cannot find it anymore.
I escalated my complaint to the top management but they too supported the act of the sales person. I would not recommend dealing with this business to anyone.
