Purchased online on the 28th May 23 at a very good discounted price and received the items in very good condition today 5th June 23.
Best deal so far. Well recommended!

The support is really bad. You can hardly contact them and emails take more than a week to respond. If you buy and get your product and it work - be happy. Otherwise you might be better served elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever, I will never again buy from them anything! I have ordered a car seat , delivery time is 2 weeks, I keep calling them to understand when it arrives: first they say they don't have the model anymore and they offer to send another one, I accept as I need to travel abroad. One week later still no chair, I write to them again, they say it's with the courier. One week later, still no chair! I call again and they say the one they offered is no longer available, they can offer another one but I need to pick it up if I want it in time and they will not even cover my travel costs! I find this horrible, unprofessional, lying and keeping my money for more than 3 weeks!

It took 2 weeks to ship my order so I canceled it eventually. Didn’t change the fact that they charged my credit card after having initially refunded the transaction and eventually sent me the item I no longer wanted. Nobody in the customer service was able to figure out what’s happening and the person I spoke with over phone was unpleasant, rude and ended the conversation screaming at me and offending me, at some point he even said "we don't want your effing money", which is an interesting thing to say when you work in retail. Still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Update: after having posted this review I was contacted by the customer service. This time, the person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. They promised to issue a refund for my order which still hasn't happened though.

this is the worst company for selling baby products online. i ordered and joie 360 i spin chair. 2 weeks maximum delivery time on their website. after almost 4 weeks i haven't received the item. moreover i have sent 3 following up questions, someone called me and they mentioned that the colour that i ordered is no longer available and i have accepted a new one, after another week they said that will be delivered via DPD. today i had call with them and they had the audacity to tell me that the other colour that i agree with is no longer on stock. after the call that i had with them and i asked for a compensatory discount they gave 20CHF and i could go to pick it up from them. struggling to understand how this company can treat their customers in such an awful way. of course they cancelled the order as using "out of stock" lie

Please do not use this company if you are expecting a baby. We put in our order nearly 3 months ago (maximum wait time for an item was 2-3 weeks).

We received no updates. Each time we called we had rude staff responding to us.

Currently we don’t even know if we will expect our items before our baby is born. Had we known this we would never have ordered from this company.

Do not be fooled by their wide range of products and nice website. It was what initially attracted us. But our whole experience has been a stressful nightmare.

Even after having called and written an email we have had no response, no help, not even an apology.

Also - they do not cater for the wider Switzerland. For example we live in the French speaking part and are fluent in French but their customer service team barely speak another language other than Swiss German.

I just wanted to warn other couples expecting their first babies - I really wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we are currently experiencing.

This website is a scam. We placed the order, waited for one month as we had no news, then they said it will be sent soon and requested us to repeat the payment, and once the payment was made they canceled the order without providing a refund. A total scam. Be careful!!!

I have ordered a baby mattress that was supposed to be shipped from them on 24.03.2023. After first delaying the shipping date to 27.03 and then 31.03, I called again on 03.04.2023 just to be told that it will now be shipped on 12.04.2023 (maybe...). Very unprofessional. They could have just written on the web page that the product is out of stock and they don't know when it will be possible to deliver it instead of every other day changing the shipping day.
