This is my first time joining a gym, so I was kinda confused about how to properly act and how to approach the various machines they have. Luckily the staff turned out to be extremely patient. Especially towards someone like me that can't speak German at all, the guy followed me and put up with all my inquiries. Beside this, the place itself it's great. Highly recommended. Plus, what really sells it for me it's the fact that I can come here even at 6am. This grants me great freedom when it comes to organizing my day. I can drop here early in the morning and just go to work right after. Again, simply great/convenient

All Fitnessplus gyms are now open from 6am, on ALL days !!!This is fantastic!!

Super-wide range of equipment.
Super kinderhort, and it's open on all days.
Free parking right at the foot of the door .
