During my 10'000 km trip from Kyiv to Europe, I had to do a service, fix some rather serious scratches and exchange the front window in Wetzikon. I fell by pure coincidence on Autorama AG. What I have experienced is simply "service at its finest". From the reception, to guiding me through the process, the tasty coffees, the speed and efficiency and last but not least the top quality - I can only praise this fantastic and friendly team from A-Z. And I am driving cars since over 40 years now. Mr. Schulze put me at ease from the beginning and so was the follow-up by Mr. Solomone who sent me a missed spare part in no time by DHL to Kyiv. This for me represents a business case on "how to manage a business and even more so, how to deliver top quality in all senses". Congratulations to the entire team and I do suppose that there is great leadership behind it too.
