The team was very polite until they have realised that we came to check our eyes to buy some glasses in the future but not immediately. One of the guys said that he is not going to give us the results as we are not buying any glasses from him. I’m not paying chf350 for frames which are worth chf120 at any other store in Switzerland. The person said that the contact lenses appointment is not included in the appointment. The funny thing is that we didn’t request a contact lenses appointment as we have done this at another place.
Very unprofessional team member was laughing in our faces when we said that we don’t have chf1000 to spend for glasses that day. To all of the foreigners who are reading this: the old guy was very disrespectful, saying that people who are not Swiss have no idea about a good quality products. Before you go there make sure that you’ve checked any other optiks in this area.
Well done to the young apprentice who helped us a lot and was way more professional than the old man who was responsible for the check up.

Liebe „Ottianer“ alle!

endlich, endlich ist es gelungen und alle von euch haben einen kleinen oder grösseren Teil dazu beigetragen: Ich sehe jetzt mit 76 Jahren (!) völlig entspannt Sachen, die ich nie vorher gesehen hatte.

Einfach ein „Dankeschön“ und eine „Bravo“, letzteres aber mit grossem Getöse.

Mein Optiker meines Vertrauens, ich bin schon ca. 2 Jahrzehnte lang Stammkunde und bin bisher immer sehr zufrieden mit der Bedienung im Optikergeschäft. Bin auch noch Kunde obwohl ich nicht mehr in der Gegend wohne.
