I could not order to my place through their site, but contacting personally through their mail made it possible to send an order to my location without any problems. Very friendly service who think about solutions and possibility's. The order took a while due to import checks and such, but there was no delay of the sort from heldef their side. Got my rail in an little later and it looks awesome!

Simply put, the finest and most competent armourer in Geneva and Switzerland. Well stocked diverse inventory and knowledgable ,honest and professional owner & staff with hospitality to match. A proper gentleman's gunroom comparable to those in the old Jermyn Street, London.Classic/rare as well as modern weapons and an exquisite library. Well integrated in the Swiss shooting scene and trustworthy above all else. Highly recommended.

Customer service (Alice) was super helpful in the ordering process, items arrived within a week upon dispatch, no customs issues, no delays, more than reasonable shipping costs and a complimentary sweet. How can you even begin to complain?
