Manque de professionnalisme, à deux reprise il y a eu un couac avec le secrétariat sur le rdv et nous nous sommes rendus disponibles pour rien, car le rdv convenu par écrit a été tout simplement oublié.
Ensuite, on nous facture 2 heures d’intervention pour moins d'une heure sur place, je comprends que le trajet soit compris dans le tarif, mais aucun geste commercial alors que de notre côté nous avons perdu 2 matinées suite aux rdv oubliés...
