very bad experience with that lady!!!!!!!!!
doesnt knows how to talk with a client! i went from france to buy one dodge journey , didnt even let me to see well the car, i asked her that in the photos the car was very clean and she replied that what you want more? i cant make it much clean or with ared carpet... and when i was on the way some body called me that she is vary bad lady why you bought the car from her and it must has problem.... withen 3-4 days the gear box was broken and it costs 6800 euros............pleassssseeee dont go to this lady

Expérience très décevante, l'impression que ce sont des magouilleurs. Plusieurs entreprises gérées par la même personne, on m'a demandé de faire le paiement sur un compte français. Je ne recommande surtout pas.

Update:
Ce sont effectivement des magouilleurs, la voiture est remplie de vices cachés, je déconseille vivement de faire affaire avec eux. Le cas est porté aux autorités compétentes.
Si c'était possible je leur aurais mis 0 étoiles.

Surtout ne pas croire ces gens, des menteurs sans aucune conscience professionnelle. Le véhicule avait subit un accident qui avait été camouflé.

Un mese fa ho comprato un'auto da loro e visto che abito in Ticino e il garage è vicino a Ginevra quindi molto lontano non potevo andare a vedere l'automobile e l'ho comprata direttamente. Mi sono fidato e ho chiesto se l'automobile avesse dei problemi e mi è stato risposto di no.
I problemi dell'auto:
Freni anteriori bloccati, mi dovevo fermare a farli raffreddare mentre rientravo attraversando TUTTA LA SVIZZERA.
Riscaldamento vetro posteriore funzionano solo 2 linee su tutto il vetro.
Ruote anteriori sono sbilanciate e vibrano tantissimo.
Tutta la carrozzeria presenta graffi, ammaccature e vernice che si stacca.(dalle foto non si vedevano questi difetti).
Guarnizioni vetri posteriori tutte screpolate e entra umidità.
I cerchioni dell'automobile sono molto rovinati (tutti e 4)
Davanti a sinistra si stacca il paraurti.
La leva del pomello delle marce è stata piegata e tagliata e montato un pomello non originale ( che si stacca mentre cambi le marce ).
Il cielo della macchina è tutto sporco e rovinato.
La plastica davanti a sinistra sul montante si stacca.
Ecc..

In più l'auto mi è stata consegnata sporca, i vetri erano davvero disgustosi, per non parlare dei sedili posteriori.

Insomma se non hanno visto NEMMENO 1 di questi problemi da segnalarmi non so quanto ci si possa fidare.
Capisco che devono vendere macchine, ma imbrogliare la gente così non si fa!!
In più manca il libretto dei servizi e il manuale d'utilizzo dell'auto.
