Faraday Suisse is a great service provider that we have worked with as a professional event organising company (ordering decorations for our clients' celebrations eg photowalls, full ceiling cover, huge bouqets of balloons, LED balloons, thematic decorations) and also our number one choice for the balloons for our own private parties and presents for our friends. Fact that they work 24/7 is definitely a huge bonus in Switzerland.

Roza from Faraday has always been super responsive, we have ordered balloon arrangements for a surprise event in geneva and for my birthday as well, and all the decoration she provided was gorgeous ! We talked together and she listened to our needs, just make sure to communicate clearly with her and you'll have the event of your dreams !

I have ordered numerous time balloons for the presents and for the decoration of my home from Faraday and it was always impeccable service and quality of the balloons! Either it's the simplest one or LED ballons that only Faraday has in Romandie - it always looks great and helps to create a very special atmosphere! Not to mention I am based in Lausanne and they always find a way to organise delivery for me! Totally recommending!

I ordered a balloon garland and it was fresh for a month! Helium compositions were simply gorgeous and also floated for about a week. The only thing to improve - boxes from the weights are not waterproof.
Otherwise - impeccable service, thank you so much!

Balloons quality was great. However I was organizing the decoration for my mother's 60th birthday, and service was not up to my expectations for the price I've paid:

1. she had to come twice as she came on the wrong date the first time
2. I think they should ring before entering someone's property
3. They forgot the most important balloons, the number balloons !!! And first accused me of not having ordered them although I've paid for them.

Faraday created the most beautiful helium balloon display for my daughters birthday party! She was incredibly organized and reliable and has great vision for what will look best. I will be contacting her for all future events and highly recommend her.

Was searching for a little surprise for my daughter’s 14th (Quarantine) birthday. So I was very happy to find Faraday & the balloons were a perfect surprise for my daughter!
